Harry Minj

Harry brings over twenty years of experience in corporate banking and private equity business. He has worked with companies of all sizes across the industrial, services, and technology sectors. Most recently, Harry worked with TD Banknorth where he executed a variety of middle market financing transactions. Prior to this, he worked for IL&FS Investment Managers Limited, one of India's oldest and largest private equity firms. At IIML, he was involved in all aspects of investment process; including sourcing, transaction structuring, financing and execution of post closing growth strategies. Prior to joining IIML, Harry worked with Export-Import Bank of India in its corporate finance division and was responsible for providing debt financing to companies across industry sectors.

Harry is an engineering graduate from Indian School of Mines (B.Tech.) and holds a MBA degree from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. Harry is a Charter Member of TiE-Boston.

Arvind Ahuja

Arvind Ahuja has eighteen years of experience in Strategic Planning and Management Consulting and has worked for two of the world's leading consulting firms; Deloitte and IMS Healthcare. He has worked with some of India's largest companies in the Automotive, Energy, Life sciences & Healthcare and Maritime industries, in advisory capacity.


Arvind has assisted clients in acquisition profiling, targeting, appraisal, and financing and structuring. He holds an MBA degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.


S. Sriraman

S. Sriraman has over 23 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, investment management and research. He has managed funds and investments in early stage as well as mature companies. Mr. Sriraman's key experiences include setting up fund management operations for Chescor, one of the first foreign institutional investors (FII) in India as well as managing funds for IL&FS Investment Managers Limited, one of India's oldest and largest private equity firms. He has led several private equity initiatives for Chescor in India as well as Asia Pacific. Prior to Chescor, he was involved in setting up Canbank Mutual Fund's equity research operations. He also managed the venture funds of SilkRoute Indchem Limited, a company focused on early stage funding for technology projects.

Sriraman is a Charter Member of TiE-Chennai, a founding member and Past President of TiE Chennai.


Prakash Kamath

Prakash Kamath is an associate member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India, a graduate in Law, and a graduate in Commerce. He's held the position of Company Secretary and Legal Head in large listed manufacturing and Venture Fund Management Companies in India. He has abundant experience in formulation, documentation and management of Venture Capital Funds, Trusts and Asset Management Company compliances, Due Diligence exercise, Corporate Governance issues, Back Office Management, structuring and implementation of Employee Stock Option Plans, Vetting and drafting of Agreements and contracts for Corporates, Forex laws and Foreign Investment Promotion Board Compliance, Registrar of Companies Compliance, Stock Exchange formalities, STPI regulations and Indian Accounting Procedures and Treatments. He has over 16 years of industry experience.


Kailash Joshi - Advisor

Kailash is a co-founder of The Indus Entrepreneurs, a prominent global organization of entrepreneurs. He served as the President of TiE Silicon Valley and Vice Chairman of TiE Global from 2001 through 2004. Kailash co-founded American India Foundation in conjunction with a group of Indo-Americans and also served as AIF’s first President in 2001. He, along with Mr. Kumar Malavalli launched the Digital Equalizer (DE) program of AIF for the computer education of the underprivileged.

Kailash also co-founded Bluegrass Indo-American Civic Society in Lexington, KY in 1988. In 2004, he was a trustee of the American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin (AAPIO) and served India Community Center as a Co-President and serves on its Board of Directors. He also serves as a Trustee of Foundation For Excellence.

Kailash started his career on the Cornell University faculty and had an accomplished career at IBM that spanned 23 years. He was the General Manager of IBM Lexington, KY (now Lexmark, NYSE: LXK). He was also responsible for IBM’s reentry in to India in 1991, with the formation of TISL. After taking an early retirement from IBM, Kailash moved to Silicon Valley in 1992, where he has been engaged with small technology companies in different capacities. He edited the popular book “Essentials of Entrepreneurship”, a John Wiley publication, that serves both teachers and students of entrepreneurship in many countries.

Kailash holds a B.E. degree with distinction from Indian institute of Science, Bangalore, a M.S. degree from Washington State University, and a Ph. D. degree from Cornell university.

He has served or continues to serve on the Boards of over 15 business, educational, civic, and charitable institutions.


Ram Reddy - Advisor

Ram has 17 years of performance-based advancement to Senior-level management. He has cross-functional credentials spanning Information Technology, Business Operations and Finance, Expertise in ERP Systems, Business Intelligence, Technology Architecture and Strategy, Knowledge Management and Portals; Diverse experience encompassing large Corporate and International (Americas, Europe and Asia) business environments (Fortune 500).

Ram is currently Vice-President of Information Technology at Onvio LLC, Salem, New Hampshire, USA (www.OnvioLLC.com). His previous work experience includes: GBMI (Global Brand Marketing Inc.), Santa Barbara, California, USA (www.gbmi.net) as Vice-President of I.T. & Operations; Reebok International Ltd., Canton, Massachusetts, USA as Director – MIS; Ernst & Young, USA; Accenture, USA; ENI Group (Saipem), Milan, Italy (www.eni.it) and Hindustan Petroleum, India.

Ram holds MS in Engineering and is an MBA from Indian Institute of Mnanagment, Bangalore, India. He is a Member of SIM-Boston, TiE-Boston and MIT Enterprise Forum of Cambridge.
